Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automated and scalable operational solutions Initiate projects including engineering, solution design, create business cases, and drive successful implementations Collaborate closely with Data Analysts to interpret operational data, generate actionable insights, and translate them into practical process enhancementsLeverage dashboards and reports to proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization across departments Lead cross-functional projects to implement data-driven changes, improving productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality Oversee inventory control operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the application of process automation where possibleProvide leadership and day-to-day management of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and alignment with site goals Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics engineering and solution design with a continuous improvement mindset Prior experience in contract logistics is a prerequisite Good understanding of automation technologies and their application within a logistics environment Demonstrated people management skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams effectivelyProven project management experience with a focus on continuous improvement Fluent English and preferably native Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills What we offer
