Operations Support Manager (Inventory, Engineering and Customer Service)
for our site in

What you do on a typical day
Lead continuous improvement—designing and delivering scalable, automated solutions that raise operational performance
Launch engineering and solution‑design initiatives—building business cases and driving end‑to‑end implementation
Partner with Data Analysts to turn operational data into clear insights and practical process improvements
Use dashboards and reporting to spot bottlenecks early and unlock optimisation opportunities across teams
Lead cross‑functional change projects that boost productivity, efficiency, and service quality
Own inventory control—driving accuracy, speed, and smart automation in day‑to‑day operations
Coach and manage the team day to day—building an innovative, high‑ownership culture aligned to site goals
What you need to succeed at GXO
Logistics engineering and solution design experience, with a continuous‑improvement mindset
Strong understanding of warehouse automation and how to apply it in operations
Proven people leader—able to coach, develop and motivate teams
Project management experience, driving change from idea to delivery
Fluent English; Dutch preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication
