Define and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and tooling. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp‑up. Analyze production issues and implement effective corrective actions. Work closely with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability. Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering (preferably aerospace). Knowledge of machining, assembly, and treatment processes. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis tools. What We Offer
