You set the standards for how marine geotechnical data is acquired, processedand delivered, while driving the development and global adoption of digital workflows that make our operations safer, smarter and more consistent. You work closely with digitalisation, product and operational teams across all regions to shape the future of Marine Geotechnics at Fugro.Responsibilities

Define, maintain and govern global geo‑data standards for marine geotechnical acquisition, processing, validation and reporting. Ensure consistent data formats, validation rules and reporting across regions and projects. Own the portfolio of workflows in Marine Geotechnics, building holistic roadmaps, supporting prioritisation and identifying opportunities to standardise, automate and improve efficiency.Shape the business and technology vision for key Marine Geotechnics workflows and own the full lifecycle from discovery to build, adoption and run. Map regional“as‑is” processes and translate them into a unified global “to‑be” standard. Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and efficiency improvements and contribute to the digitalisation roadmap.Build business cases, validate assumptions and guide delivery teams while prioritising the backlog based on operational value and data quality. Drive global rollout, training and adoption of workflows in close collaboration with regional teams and Customer Success. Act as the bridge between operations, regional representatives and digital product teams, supporting change management and continuous improvement.Qualifications

10+ years of experience in marine geotechnical site investigations, from acquisition to reporting. Understand digital workflows, data models and geotechnical reporting requirements. 5+ years of experience in product or workflow management of integrated systems (preferred). Define business value, balance cost versus benefit and manage products through their full lifecycle.Collaborate effectively across regions, disciplines and stakeholder groups. Have proven ability to lead organisational change and drive successful adoption of new digital ways of working. Benefits
