Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for service requests.

Assessing technical issues and advising customers on suitable solutions.

Planning and coordinating service engineers for on-site interventions.

Preparing and managing quotations, including basic technical calculations.

Ensuring availability of materials and proper job preparation.

Supporting field engineers with technical information and guidance.

Monitoring project progress from operational and commercial perspectives.

Qualifications

Completed MBO Level 4 education in Electrical Engineering.

Experience in a coordination, planning, or service-related role in the maritime sector.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Exact) and Microsoft Office.

Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
