Product Marketeer, Rijswijk

To lead the development and execution of UV Smart’s marketing strategy across key international markets, translating technical and clinical product value into strong commercial positioning. This role will drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our UV-C disinfection devices in the healthcare sector.Critical results●A clear, actionable continuous marketing planning aligned with commercial and product development goals. ●Successful execution of product launches with supporting promotional tools and campaigns. ●Increased lead generation and market penetration in targeted segments and markets.●Enhanced brand visibility and positioning across digital and physical channels. ●Measurable insights from market research leading to improved strategic decisions. Responsibilities ●Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies for EMEA region. ●Create value-driven product messaging and positioning that resonate with clinical stakeholders.●Plan and lead go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches with R&D, the operational and commercial teams.●Support the sales team with targeted campaigns, tools, and training materials. ●Oversee digital marketing initiatives including content development, SEO/SEA, email marketing, and website optimization. ●Manage external marketing agencies and coordinate cross-functional projects with internalteams.●Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity; report insights to leadership. ●Conduct or support market research to explore opportunities for current and future products. ●Ensure branding consistency across all communication platforms. Involved in ●Setting comprehensive goals for sales performance and revenue growth.●Participating in the go-to-market strategy for (new) products in new countries and regions. ●Monitoring the revenue of the direct and indirect sales channels. ●Representing UV Smart at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events. Skills ●Timely, result oriented and goal achieving. ●High sense of urgency and prioritization of daily activities.●Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. ●Excellent communication and storytelling skills. ●Proficient in project and campaign management. ●Skilled in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g. ZoHo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns). ●Ability to simplify complex clinical and technical information into compelling content.●Comfortable working across departments and managing agency partners. Knowledge&Experience●Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ●Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role within the medical device or healthcare technology sector. ●Demonstrated experience with B2B marketing and international product launches. ●Fluency in Dutch and English,both written and spoken.●Experience working in cross-functional, international environments. ●Understanding of the healthcare landscape, sales processes, and buying cycles in hospitals or clinics. ●Familiarity with compliance and marketing within a regulated industry is a plus. Understanding of B2B direct sales. Personality●Proactive, optimistic go-getter with a getting things done mentality; ●Customer focused and a relationship builder; ●Willingness to travel within the EMEA region and potential globally. ●Basic understanding of – but mostly an interest in –hardware/medical technology; ●Open minded,flexible, knows how to adjust to surroundings;●Organized, pragmatic and goal-oriented; The Process ●2x 30 min phone interview; 1 with recruiter and 1 with director to get feeling for fit with the team, responsibilities and experience. ●1 hour interview with 2 directors for in-depth discussion about responsibilities and experience. ●1 hour interview with 2 members team about drive, fit, and goalsetting.●1 hour interview with variety of team-members to ensure team fit; Offer ●Bonus on sales results ●Pension contribution of 12% from your base salary.
