About the Role The Benelux Regional Sales Manager for Reach Stacker will be responsible for market development, sales execution, and account management in the Benelux region, focusing on achieving key performance targets.
Responsibilities
Full responsibility for market development, sales execution, and account management for Reach Stacker in Benelux; achieve annual volume, revenue, gross margin and cash collection targets.
Develop and manage key customers including ports, terminals, container logistics parks, rental fleets, and large storage&transportation enterprises.
Conduct market&competitor analysis, develop sales strategies, pricing plans and promotion plans to grow SANY’s market share.
Independently lead client visits, demand analysis, proposal, quotation, tendering, negotiation, contract signing, order delivery and after-sales coordination.
Organize product promotion, technical workshops, customer training and events; align with HQ and European region resources.
Provide sales forecasts, market analysis and account reports; implement group and European sales strategies.
Comply with EU&Benelux regulations: CE, Stage V, safety, GDPR and compliance requirements; control business and credit risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, International Trade or related.
5+ years of sales experience in Reach Stacker / port heavy machinery / container handling equipment in Europe; existing customer network preferred.
Required Skills
Familiar with Benelux port&logistics market; strong key account and project sales capabilities.
Fluent in English AND Dutch (mandatory); French is a strong plus.
Knowledge of CE, Stage V emission, port safety standards and local compliance.
Willing to travel within Benelux; result-driven, self-motivated, with cross-cultural communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Existing customer network in the Benelux region.
