We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused
Program Support Associate
who is fluent in Lithuanian with strong English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality support to both internal and external customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels while driving efficient resolutions and long‑term satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is motivated to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.
Fluent in Lithuanian (any additional European languages a plus) and have good written and oral English language skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Display high productivity, program knowledge, expertise, sound decision‑making, and proven ability to function autonomously.
Provide primary support and solutions for customer inquiries through phone and email communications for internal and external customers.
Provide complete resolution to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions for long‑term customer satisfaction.
Deliver engaging customer interactions through various communication channels.
Escalate involved or complex situations quickly and accurately to other team members, departments, or leadership.
Solid understanding of one or more programs based on team alignment.
Proactively identify process enhancements that will improve department results and efficiencies.
Function as a change leader by embracing change.
Flexible with tasks and hours to meet the department's and customers' needs.
Supports TreviPay policies/procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Fluent in Lithuanian and have good written and oral English language skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to SOP Policies.
Proven ability to assess, prioritize, and balance daily workload while using personal judgment with sound decision‑making skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attendance, dependability, and reliability.
Proficient knowledge of Windows applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Proficient use of Saleforce/ Service Cloud.
Attention to detail.
1–2 Years of Experience.
High School / College Preferred.
