Company Description All IT Rooms B.V. is a comprehensive specialist in computer rooms, server rooms, and data centers. We provide services ranging from audits and consultations to establish industry guidelines, to the realization and optimization of server and data center spaces. Our expertise includes building new installations, reconfigurations, and live environment upgrades. We also operate a 24/7 service desk for managing incidents and conducting preventive maintenance, along with monitoring and managing data centers through our Serverroom Control Center (SCC). Our goal is to ensure efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement in all IT infrastructure services.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Service Desk for Data Centers. Based in Rijswijk, the primary responsibilities include addressing technical issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and network problems, and providing effective support to ensure data center operations run smoothly. The role also involves coordinating with customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and requests while maintaining high-quality service.
Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve operational issues efficiently. Proven Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve technical challenges systematically. Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure positive interactions and satisfaction with all stakeholders.Ability to work on-site in Rijswijk and collaborate with team members effectively. Familiarity with data center infrastructure and hardware is a plus. Certification in IT infrastructure, networking, or related fields is advantageous. Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English are strongly preferred.
