Global Sales Development Support (Student)Location: UV Smart Office– Rijswijk Reports to: International Sales Manager Hours: 8–16 hours per week Shift Focus: Morning/Day (EU) or Late Evening (for APAC/ANZ coverage)

Purpose
As a Global Sales Development Support, you are the "bridge" that keeps UV Smart’s international sales funnel moving while the rest of Europe sleeps. Your primary mission is to qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from across the globe. This is a high-impact student role designed for someone who wants international business experience without full-time commitment.ㅡ
Critical results
·
Lead Quality: Converting global MQLs into high-value Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the regional partners.·
CRM Hygiene: Ensuring the Zoho CRM is thoroughly updated so the full-time team can hit the ground running every morning.·
Market Research: Identifying new hospital groups, resellers or customers in emerging markets.ㅡ
Responsibilities
Global Lead Qualification (70%)·
Conduct initial outreach (email/phone/video) to international leads to ensure they meet UV Smart’s standards. ·
Focus on different time zones to provide real-time responses to inquiries from those regions.·
Manage the "hand-off" to local dealers or internal managers, ensuring no lead goes cold.
Market Intelligence&Admin (20%)·
Research emerging medical conferences and potential clients in regions like LATAM, Middle East, or APAC.·
Track competitor activity in these regions.·
Update and clean CRM data (Zoho) to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Preparation&Support (10%)·
Use occasional Sunday evenings or Monday mornings to prep the week's calling lists and lead batches.·
Support the Marketing team with "localized" pitch materials for specific cultural contexts.

Working Hours&Flexibility•
8–16 hours per week. •
Shift Options: Work during standard office hours in Rijswijk OR take advantage of evening shifts to call the Australia/New Zealand markets (highly valued).ㅡ

Current Student: Ideally pursuing a degree in Business, International Relations, or Life Sciences.·
The "Hustle": You aren't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to a doctor in Sydney or a nurse in Dubai.·
Cultural Intelligence: You can adapt your tone to different global business cultures effortlessly.·
Languages: Fluent English is a must; any other language is a huge advantage.·
Self-Starter: Since you may work during non-standard hours, you must be highly disciplined and organized.ㅡ
Knowledge&Experience

Experience: You are a student looking for a side job, but want to learn how to sell.·
Commercial Drive: You have a natural flair for sales. Whether it was a side job during your studies or a first internship, you’ve shown you aren't afraid to pick up the phone and close a deal. ·
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and comfortable learning CRM systems.·
