Your mission:

As Store Manager, you are the face of the store and the driving force behind your team. You ensure every customer enjoys the full

Guess experience , while coaching your team to consistently deliver top performance.

Your responsibilities:

Achieving and exceeding store targets and KPIs Leading, coaching, and developing the team (people management) Delivering outstanding customer service Working hands-on on the shop floor when needed Monitoring stock levels and replenishment Analyzing sales performance and acting on data Handling scheduling and administrative dutiesManaging inventory processes Creating a positive and motivating work environment

You bring:

At least 5 years of retail experience, including leadership responsibilities Proven experience in people management Strong numerical insight and commercial thinking Stress resilience and a problem-solving attitude A hands-on mentality and willingness to step in Flexibility and a positive mindsetExcellent communication and customer service skills
