Tasks Your responsibilities

In the first year, the focus is on developing existing accounts, understanding the portfolio, and gradually generating new customers

Current NL revenue approx.€1M, target is to grow toward €2M. Company in NL was established 10/2024.

Lead generation

Combination of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities

Sales support

2 Customer Service Specialists (NL)

Warehouse leader and warehouse worker

Branch Manager support if needed

Requirements Your profile

Class B driving licence and willingness to travel

Language

Dutch required

Typical customers

Furniture industry, furniture components, interior companies, workshops and smaller manufacturers

Many customers are smaller businesses (approx. 20–50 employees)

Benefits

Equipment provided: Company car, mobile phone, laptop, tablet

Base salary: approx.€4,500 – €5,500 gross per month

Bonus: up to ~17% of annual salary depending on KPIs

12-month contract initially, then unlimited

Probation period: 1 month
