Position Overview Sales Associate at Tommy Hilfiger– responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

Provide high level of customer service and drive sales and profit.

Authorize discounts and resolve customer inquiries.

Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and make outfit suggestions and product recommendations.

Maintain relationships with customers to secure repeat business.

Ensure store and stockroom presentation, maintenance and organization are optimal.

Monitor and drive store KPIs, suggest improvements.

Requirements / Qualifications

Previous retail or hospitality experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and handle change.

Team player who celebrates others' success.

Enthusiastic, authentic presence on the sales floor.

Initiative‑driven, “can‑do” attitude.

Strong interest in fashion and ability to use digital platforms to drive sales.
