The Stockroom Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the stockroom to support store standards and brand expectations.

Responsibilities

Process deliveries, transfers, and other stock‑related duties accurately.

Accept incoming deliveries into the system and complete transfers with Stockroom Manager approval.

Organise stock in the stockroom and proactively improve stock‑management practices.

Maintain general stockroom standards and ensure shop‑floor replenishment meets brand expectations.

Complete shop‑floor replenishment correctly and in a timely manner.

Play a key role in SKU accuracy and stock takes.

About You

A previous track record in hospitality or retail.

Prior stock handling experience.

Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with ease.

Strong multitasking ability with a high degree of accuracy.

A team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions of others.

Adaptability to change and the ability to work with pace.

Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.

A‘can‑do’ attitude with initiative to find in‑store solutions.
