Job Responsibilities
Partner with the store management to: achievement of store sales budget, support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experience
Responsible for the coordination of FoH and BoH activities according to the guidelines provided by the store management
Be a role model for the Sale Staff
Be an ambassador of the brand
Coordinate and oversee the activities in the FoH and BoH as requested by the store management in order to meet the qualitative and quantitative results expected by the store
support the Sale Staff in achieving the targets and develop both store and individual performance
participate in analyzing monthly KPls and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met
share information with the store management about the best and worst sellers, participate in deciding and implementing any improvements in the sale process and/or in the exposition of products
support cash operations if needed (is trained to use the till)
