Netherlands Payroll Consultant, Roermond

Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM practice .

Responsibilities: You will manage the monthly payroll process performing: Accurate and Timely Data Collection: Collect payroll input data from HR and other departments. Review and Monitoring: Conduct close review and monitoring of records for payroll changes in a highly collaborative environment.Help ensure accuracy: Perform detailed checks, validations, and analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance of data produced by the payroll provider Answering Questions: Respond to payroll questions from employees and managers concerning payroll mutations. Compliance: Ensure timely payments to tax authorities and pension funds,Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other ad-hoc jobs and actions applicable to the payroll function. In close collaboration with our external payroll provider, Neeyamo, you will safeguard data accuracy, service quality, and adhere to agreed service levels.

Preferred Qualifications: Fluent Dutch/English language Commutable or occasional travel distance to Roermond

Duration:

This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date and an initial 3-month duration, with the possibility of extending.
