We are currently recruiting a full time sale assistant who will be glad to join an Italian, modern and dynamic fashion brand in our store in Roermond.

Position overview

Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience in store and through new digital devices Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the shop economic results Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floorAttend to deliveries within day of arrival Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues

Experience, Skills&Knowledge

Previous experience in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brands Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment Ability to conduct successful sales activities in store and using new digital devices (social media, digital platforms etc.) Ability to prioritise work load, meet deadlines and specified standardsExcellent communication skills across all levels Customer oriented, organised and with a positive/constructive attitude Good knowledge of a foreign language will be considered a plus
