Inside Sales Representative (German, Swedish, Danish or Finnish) ABF
is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage and maintain existing accounts, proactively increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction. The role requires building strong relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, handling quotations, orders and inquiries, and collaborating with Account Managers to grow revenue.
What you’ll do:
Act as the first point of contact for all matters concerning key accounts.
Handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPIs.
Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross‑selling solutions.
Who you are:
1–3 years of experience in a commercial role.
Fluent in German, Swedish, Danish or Finnish (minimum C1 level) and English.
Commercially minded, proactive and a good communicator.
Hold a driving licence (B).
Our application process After a successful first interview we invite you to a two‑hour trainee session to get a behind‑the‑scenes view of ABF and the role. A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) request and an assessment may be part of the selection procedure.

We operate in a conservative market but run an agile e‑commerce business with a highly focused IT team. Although only 6% of our customers are in the Netherlands, the majority reside across Europe and other global markets.
Benefits
€3,000 – €3,600 gross per month (full‑time). Salary can be adjusted based on experience.
Locations: Roosendaal (Head Office), Rotterdam, Eindhoven, or Nijmegen.
28 vacation days, with an option to purchase an additional 5 days.
One week per year working remotely from abroad.
Daily catered lunch at the office.
Annual training&development budget equal to one gross monthly salary for relevant courses and programs, with no repayment obligation.
