Overview You are a strong sales professional with a passion for the food&beverage industry. With international experience and commercial acumen, you turn market opportunities into long-term customer relationships and revenue growth. You think ahead, act proactively, and have the ambition to grow into a senior leadership position within Europe.
Responsibilities In this strategic field sales role, you are the main commercial contact for customers primarily in the Benelux, Germany, and Western Europe. You manage existing relationships, identify new market opportunities, and translate market insights into customer-oriented solutions. As a connecting link, you work closely with teams such as R&D, Supply Chain, and QA.
You report directly to the European Sales Director and work closely with the BD Director, with whom you will define the course– and eventually succeed in their role within 3 to 6 years. You will work in a hybrid setup from the Den Bosch (NL) or Kerepes (HU) region and travel regularly across Europe.
Develop and execute account plans
Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms
Analyze market data and translate trends into concrete strategies
Monitor legislation, regulations, and competitive developments
Contribute actively to the strategic vision of the European sales team

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Food Technology, or equivalent
Experience in an international commercial field sales role within food&beverage
Experience in developing strategic sales plans and working with KPIs
Fluent in English, German language skills are preferred.
