About this vacancy As a construction consultant, you are—after an onboarding process—responsible for overseeing various interesting projects. During your onboarding, you will shadow a colleague who will guide you through project management and real estate care. Your responsibilities include maintenance management, project management, and demolition management.

What we expect from you

Completed secondary vocational education (mbo+/higher professional education (hbo) in the field of Construction Engineering (HTS/MTS/TU), or equivalent;

0-2 years of work experience in an inspection role or as a work preparer;

Preferably within a radius of 50km around Rosmalen.

Experience with AutoCAD, Revit&0-prognosis;

No 9-to-5 mentality.

Salary€2,800 - €4,500 gross per month
