We need to work more closely than ever with suppliers to co-create sustainable practices and bigger and better innovations.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Professional sourcing of products/services meeting the specified needs of the Business at most competitive commercial terms and according to Unilever sustainable standards. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES BE? Executive Procurement of Soft Commodities (1 billion€ spend) - Global Chocolate&Cocoa, and EU Sugar. Structure and Manage key partnerships within Global Chocolate&Cocoa, and EU Sugar. Develop and implement strategies for procurement of the respective portfolios. Work closely with S&I and collect, monitor and manage market information. Work closely with CRM to evaluate and recommend appropriate risk management strategies. Support the business with accurate price forecasting. Identify metrics, tools and process to optimize sourcing. Work closely with the Ice Cream Business to support the launch of innovations.Initiate and drive complexity reduction. Measure and manage overall performance of suppliers. Continuously improve ways of working and optimize procurement activities. Develop, coach and mentor resources within a high performing team. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: University degree At least 10 years' experience in ProcurementExperience on large-scale change management projects SKILLS REQUIRED: Develop materials supply strategy Determine strategic sourcing strategy Supplier risk management Conduct supplier negotiations Engage suppliers through competitive bidding Supplier integration and relationship management WHAT DOES UNILEVER OFFER?Attractive total remuneration package.
