Then we will look forward to meeting you!Your responsibilities The Fleet Security Coordinator is a pivotal role within Uniper, responsible for supporting all aspects of physical site-security to safeguard our people, assets, and reputation. This exciting new role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage site physical security effectively. Assess potential threats and implement risk mitigation measures. Maintain a site risk register and evaluate risks associated with any changes in site use or security systems. Manage the operation of security equipment and infrastructure.Develop, review, and test a comprehensive site security plan. Manage contract security service providers and maintenance services. Promote a strong security culture through incident reporting, investigation, and training sessions. Support the delivery of the security strategy and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Your profile Successfully completed vocational training. Experience working within a security team environment. Ability to develop, implement, and manage a site security plan. Competent in conducting initial physical security incident investigations. Experience liaising with local government agencies and law enforcement.Integrity screening (VOG) is an obligated part of the selection process. Reliable, trustworthy, and self-organized team player with good communication skills. Target- and solution-orientated thinking. Driving license and ability to travel (internationally) if required.
