as a Procurement Buyer for a range of indirect (GNFR, NPR) commodities such as Marketing, Sales, Facilities Management, Professional Services and HR. You will gain vast international exposure across the business propelling your career as you work alongside and manage stakeholders across an assortment of departments and teams, as well as external suppliers. The client provides excellent mentorship and training. You will work within a team while leading your own projects and initiatives. Strong career development as you progress to more senior roles.Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement as part of a first-class procurement team Progress within the desirable financial services industry Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate, negotiate, and manage relationships up to senior stakeholders Working with vendors to ensure they comply with relevant regulations, as well as internal policies and standardsMonitoring and assessing the resilience, performance and risk of vendors, subsequently reporting/actioning any issues Ideal Candidates Will Have:
At least two years of procurement/buying experience Not required, though any indirect category experience (HR, facilities, marketing etc) a bonus Familiarity with procurement processes (P2P) or Workday preferred Ability to adapt to the fast-paced finance sector Bachelor's or Master's degree English and Dutch (conversational or higher) speaking and writingIf you're ready to make a significant impact and be part of a team committed to excellence, apply now.
