€2,500 base salary + uncapped commission (Top performers earn almost €2,500 per month in commission alone) Important: The first interview will be conducted in English, but fluent Dutch is required, as you’ll be speaking daily with restaurant owners across the Netherlands. Recruiting new restaurant partners and welcoming them into the OrderYOYO community Making outbound calls to restaurants across the Netherlands Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing partners Generating leads and booking meetings for Business Development Managers Working closely with field BDMs to help partners succeed with their branded app and websiteUpselling marketing packages to increase partner revenue Working towards clear targets and KPIs to maximise performance and bonuses Bringing energy to the team and encouraging healthy, friendly competition What We’re Looking For
