. We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.IT Skills and Experience

User Education Provisioning of Laptop/Desktop/Phones etc. Manage DLM for that site– Stock and spare management Device provisioning etc. Inventory management Ensuring physical availability of engineer for walk-up queries to the Tech Bar Manage the vending machines and lockers Break fix via vendorEnd User Support

User Education Overall servicing of end-users for their IT issues Incidents that cannot be serviced remotely SR’s that cannot be serviced remotely Hyper care support during project rollouts Break fix via vendor Printers
