This is your challenge: The Accounts Payable (AP) Employee is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, employee expense claims, and outgoing payments. This role supports the financial integrity of BNP Paribas Personal Finance B.V. by ensuring that all transactions are recorded in compliance with internal policies, international accounting standards, and relevant regulatory requirements. The position requires maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and auditors while continuously seeking opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and automation of AP processes.What do we ask of you?

Minimum degree University of Applied Sciences in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or similar field 2–4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Operations function, preferably within a multinational or financial services company. Strong understanding of invoice-to-pay processes and vendor management.Understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards Ability to drive process improvement and implementing best practices in accounting functions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness within the organization Fluent in Dutch and English Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations, reporting).Understanding of VAT, tax implications, and payment processing requirements.
