We are driven by a deep connection to life on the water, creating world-class gear from concept to production.We are seeking a highly creative and passionate individual to join our team as a Product Graphic Designer. In this pivotal role, you will be the visual architect behind our complete product collection, defining how our gear looks, feels, and communicates at the product level. You will have a direct and significant impact on our brand’s aesthetic, translating high-level creative vision into best-in-class product graphics that elevate our presence on the water and in the market. This is a purely creative role, focused on visual design, brand identity, and storytelling, where your artistic vision will shape the identity of our products globally.What You Will Be Working On
You will lead the visual execution across our full range of hardgoods and equipment, including performance gear, accessories, and specialized equipment. Your work will ensure visual clarity, brand expression, and aesthetic impact across all designs. Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the seasonal creative vision for all product graphics. Own the product-level visual identity, graphic systems, and design language. Develop seasonal frameworks, including mood boards, themes, graphic languages, and signature elements. Ensure all product visuals align with our brand DNA, tone of voice, and category strategy.Build, manage, and own the annual color roadmap for the product collection. Translate trend research into commercially viable and manufacturable color palettes, balancing innovation with brand recognition and production feasibility. Create and oversee all product graphics, including panel graphics, branding, logos, icons, labels, trims, markings, prints, patterns, and material expressions.Deliver clear, factory-ready visual artwork in close collaboration with technical teams. Work closely with technical teams to understand materials, construction, and constraints, interpreting technical drawings and specifications to adapt visuals. Partner with the Art Director to align product graphics with the overall brand vision.Collaborate with category leadership to translate positioning and commercial priorities into visuals. Maintain and evolve product-level visual guidelines and contribute to cross-category visual frameworks. Apply strong knowledge of print techniques and manufacturing processes, collaborating with factories and suppliers to refine visual outcomes.Review samples and pre-production runs to validate visual quality and color accuracy, adjusting artwork based on wear, performance testing, and real-world use. Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with the Art Director, Category Leadership across product categories, Product Managers, Technical Leads, Technical Designers, the Marketing and Creative Team, and other Product Graphic Designers. Additionally, you will engage with external partners such as factories, print and material suppliers, and athletes providing product feedback.Qualifications
Min. 3 years of relevant industry experience in product graphic design, with an understanding of strategic design principles or creative leadership. Exceptional product-focused visual design skills with a strong and recognizable aesthetic. Experience within outdoors, sports, performance equipment, or industrial design product environments.Deep understanding of materials, construction, and manufacturing constraints. Ability to interpret technical input and translate it into strong visual outcomes. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and 3D software. Passion for watersports, performance products, and brand storytelling.Nice to Have
