Senior Recruitment Consultant– Dutch Speaking, Rotterdam

Responsibilities This is a 360-recruitment role which specialises in contract IT recruitment within the Dutch market. You will place mid-senior level candidates with clients and need to have an eye for quality, while being able to articulately manage relationships with all levels.

You’ll expertly source and screen candidates, meticulously matching them to your client’s requirements, whilst building your own desk in the IT space. You’ll be supported in expanding your business development skills to confidently approaching prospective clients, to successfully open new accounts.

Requirements

At least 2 years agency recruitment experience. Ideally on a contract desk (open on sector)

Fluent English and Dutch

Must have right to work in the EU

You must be credible, presentable, and confident

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Provide first-class service by being knowledgeable and passionate about your work

You are goal orientated and able to work in a collaborative, fast-paces recruitment environment
