Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable What You'll Be Doing Manage the O2C process: invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution

Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments

Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or overdue accounts

Support monthly and quarterly closing activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance, Customer Support)
