Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient Sales Representative to help expand our client base in the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, introducing, and selling our cargo securing packaging solutions. Your focus will be on major port areas (e.g., Rotterdam, Antwerp, Amsterdam), logistics companies, distributors, and factories that export goods via pallets in maritime containers. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, along with conducting on-site customer visits. You will also provide daily activity reports to the Sales Director for Europe, based in France.About Atmet: Founded in 1995, Atmet is a leading manufacturer of dunnage air bags and lashing straps, specialized in products that stabilize palletized goods during transportation via maritime, rail, or road freight. We hold a dominant market share of 60% in cargo securing packaging in China, with two factories in Shanghai, and recently opened a new dunnage airbags factory in the USA. Knowledge of maritime ports, cargo transportation, logistics, or maritime/logistic packaging and supply chain processes highly appreciated. Open to learn about packaging, logistics processes, and cargo securing solutions.Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing your responsibilities autonomously. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Dutch language mandatory + English or French language. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. Work Location: Home office, with the requirement to travel within Benelux and meet prospects/customers in person.Contract Type: 1 year, renewable. Gross Salary: 3000€ + monthly sales commissions.
