Lisbon , offering a unique opportunity at the intersection of
customer support and technical operations .
This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow within

Your Role In this position, you will:
Provide high-quality customer support with a technical focus
Assist users with platform-related inquiries and troubleshooting
Deliver solutions in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner
Handle customer interactions across multiple channels
Work in a fast-paced environment with varying contact volumes
Collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders
Work Model&Conditions
Location:
Lisbon (on-site)
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00– 20:00 (rotational)
Weekends: 08:00– 17:00
Base Salary:
€1,100 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries annually)
Performance Bonus:
Additional bonus structure
Relocation Support:
Full assistance provided
Relocation Package We support candidates relocating from abroad with:
Accommodation support upon arrival
Guidance throughout the relocation process
Support with settling in Portugal
What We're Looking For
Fluent Dutch (C1 level or above)
Good command of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in technical support and digital platforms
Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
