As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their customers have seamless, positive interactions with the company.Responsibilities: Order Management: Process and confirm orders in our ERP system. Export Documentation: Handle proformas, invoices, and shipping documents accurately. Logistics Coordination: Plan shipments, liaise with warehouse and shipping agents. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams.Problem-Solving: Resolve customer concerns and enhance satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process excellence. You have/are: Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. (Knowledge of Dutch, German, French, or Norwegian is a plus!) Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but a service-minded, co-operative approach is essential.A structured, organized work style with the ability to prioritize effectively. Team-player mindset with the confidence to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
