Your Tasks You are confident working with large budgets. You are decisive and able to take swift action on changes that have an impact across millions of users. You identify opportunities and threats in enormous amounts of SEA data, translate them to actions, and implement together with the team.
The purpose of this role is to own the execution and continuous improvement of Paid Search&Shopping across Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You build campaigns from scratch, manage product feed quality, and make bidding decisions that directly move revenue. You're all about accuracy and genuinely care about the craft, because you know exactly how much of an impact your work has at scale.
Search&Shopping campaign setup&management
Build and maintain paid search/shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for NL, BE, and LU markets.
Own campaign architecture: structure, match types, ad groups, and keyword strategy across categories.
Write and test ad copy, manage extensions, and run structured A/B tests on messaging.
Ensure campaigns are operationally clean: budgets, labels, naming conventions etc.
Set, manage, and refine tROAS strategies across campaigns with a clear rationale in line with business needs.
Have a clear overview of campaign performance and share insights regularly with the Search&Performance Lead and other stakeholders.
Product feed management&campaign automation
Use feed management tooling (Channable, ProductsUp, or equivalent) to maintain feed health and implement optimizations at scale.
Own product feed quality for Search and Shopping campaigns: titles, descriptions and other attributes across NL, BE, and LU markets.
Refine and expand our automated campaign setup to drive efficiency and growth.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of hands‑on SEA experience, with a demonstrable track record in both managing Search/Shopping campaigns and feed management.
Fluent Dutch and professional English. You work across three markets and need to communicate clearly in both.
Strong analytical ability. You take a data‑led approach and are comfortable analyzing data in Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
Demonstrable skills in feed management (Channable, ProductsUp, or equivalent).
Experience in SEA campaign automation (Channable, SA360 Inventory Management, Adchieve or equivalent).
Proactive communication&risk management. You don't wait for a weekly report to flag an issue. You take immediate ownership of mistakes and communicate challenges early to protect business performance.
