Unlike traditional private roles, we utilize a mandatory double‑nurse shift system to ensure that two healthcare professionals are always on duty together.
This model guarantees peer support and the highest level of patient safety as the team travels between Monaco, Greece, and the most exclusive ports of the Mediterranean.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with a Western‑accredited 4‑year BSN degree.
At least 48 months of active duty in high‑acuity hospital departments (ICU, ER, etc.).
Fluency in English (C1 Advanced or Native speaker).
Unrestricted ability to deploy internationally for Mediterranean voyages.
Competitive remuneration of£60,000 GBP per year, delivered tax‑free.
The security of a two‑nurse duty roster at all times.
Clinical mentorship from highly experienced Western‑trained medical staff.
