What You’ll Do

HR Support: Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and support various HR initiatives.

Recruitment&Hiring: Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.

Onboarding: Assist in welcoming new employees with a smooth, organized onboarding process.

Learning&Development Coordination: Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.

HR Projects: Tackle projects that enhance our HR processes and culture.

Daily HR Operations: Serve as a go‑to resource for employees’ inquiries and support the team on all HR matters.

What We’re Looking For Passion for Human Resources and a desire to learn.

Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office– Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

A sense of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
