In this role, you will organize and supervise project logistics orders end-to-end, acting as the key operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders. You will ensure excellent service quality, strong data accuracy, and a safety-first mindset, while supporting profitable execution through correct cost control and invoicing processes.

How you create impact

Organize and supervise Project Logistics orders to ensure the highest level of customer service at all times.

Create and manage operational files in a structured and timely manner.

Ensure all systems and data are accurately and promptly maintained, including OGS, Salog, and HSE applications.

Act as the operational link between pricing, operations, and revenue care teams.

Monitor operational performance of all involved parties and proactively address issues and deviations.

Review daily operational reports and execute required follow-up actions.

Ensure all customer operational activities are performed in line with contractual agreements.

Promote a safety-first culture and report all unsafe acts, conditions, and incidents.

What we would like you to bring

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or project logistics operations.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files and stakeholders.

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trustful, long-term relationships.

High attention to detail, particularly regarding data quality, documentation, and systems.

Understanding of cost control, gross profit planning, and invoicing processes.

Proactive and solution-oriented working style.

Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
