Sales Administrator– SAP, Invoices&Excel Pro, Rotterdam

Sales Administrator - HD Hyundai Marine Solution Europe Are you accurate, reliable, proactive and have you already gained some work and/or internship experience within a sales-driven organization? You might be the right person to join our Sales team!

Tasks and responsibilities

Monthly financial closing, preparation of invoices and financial statements

Response to external audit

Journal entry input in SAP system

Monitor and manage incoming email communications to ensure timely responses and task follow-up

Required qualifications

Good/excellent skills of Excel

In possession of a valid working permit

Communicative and socially competent

High English proficiency

Team player, reliable and honest

Able to work accurately under pressure to reach the goal and deadline

Being able to work independently as well as in a team

Benefits

Salary:€ 3.000 up to € 3.150 per month according to experience

Health allowance:€250 gross per month
