You will be part of a team of Project Managers who form the beating heart of the company. You’ll be the point of contact for both clients and colleagues from different departments such as Business Directors, Designers, Developers, Strategists and other specialists. With the help of your colleagues, you connect the client’s business problems and needs to digital solutions that give theman edge in the digital landscape. You are involved in multiple stages of the business, including helping lead projects from pitch to go-live and beyond. Besides working for clients, you also help

our

business be successful by working on internal projects.

Your duties&responsibilities Help clients understand their digital needs and provide sound solutions Be the day-to-day contact for clients, your team members, and other internal and external stakeholders Assist in creating and maintaining project planning and delivery for a variety of projects Aim for a high level of production value while keeping a keen eye on both the scope, time, and budgetHelping to define and implement the right project management methods based on project and client requirements Assist in providing accurate reports on progress toward the project

Requirements Excellent communication skills Proactive attitude You are structured and organized and like to create to-do lists&get them done You pay great attention to details in your work You are passionate about digital craft, production, and technology Strong personality and ability to get the best out of your tea or coffee On top of that, we also expect you to be meticulous in your work so we can bring out exceptional results for our clientsCurrently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program in a Dutch University (2026) Fluent in the English language both written and spoken, speaking Dutch is a plus Available preferably for a 5+ months internship, full-time (40 hours per week) Ability to work from the Rotterdam office twice a weekAvailable to start as soon as possible
