YOUR ROLE

As a Junior E-commerce Key Account Manager, you will support the growth and performance of our online business across the Benelux region. Working closely with the Benelux commercial team and international stakeholders, you will help execute commercial plans, monitor account performance, and develop key e-retail and marketplace partnerships.

With a strong focus on marketplaces such as Bol.com, you will drive best-in-class digital shelf execution, including content, Product Detail Page (PDP) optimization, ratings&reviews, search visibility, and retail media activations to deliver premium brand experience.

This role offers strong international exposure, increasing ownership of key accounts, and a clear development path towards a Key Account Manager position.

More precisely, you will have to: Manage and develop key marketplace and e-retail accounts within Benelux Support commercial strategy execution, including account plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) Execute promotional plans, pricing, and commercial agreements in collaboration with internal teamsMonitor and optimize digital shelf performance (content, SEO, conversion, ratings&reviews) Track performance (net sales, traffic, conversion) and support reporting Identify growth opportunities and support their implementation Coordinate campaign activations and retail media initiatives Collaborate with marketing teams on launches, campaigns, and content strategy Contribute to forecasting and demand planning

PROFILE What Makes You a Great Fit 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce, or Marketplace roles Hands-on experience with platforms such as Bol.com, Amazon, or other leading marketplaces Experience with Retail Media platforms (Bol Sponsored Products etc.) is a strong advantage.Strong analytical and commercial mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans. Good understanding of e-commerce, digital retail, and marketplace dynamics Passion for digital commerce and a strong interest in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and developExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus Hybrid working model : we are looking for a candidate ideally based around Rotterdam, able to commute to our office twice a week.
