Permanent People are partnering with a niche, award-winning recruitment company with 300 consultants across international offices. You’ll join a small team in Rotterdam that’s entering an exciting growth phase (plans to scale to 25), so there’s real headroom for rapid progression as an experienced Recruiter in this team.

The role This is a full 360° billing position focused on the IT contract market within the Netherlands. You’ll build and own your desk and team, develop new client relationships, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences - end to end. There is also existing clients to work with from day one.

What you’ll do Build and grow a personal client portfolio through outreach (cold calls, prospecting, networking). Source, screen, and shortlist IT contractors; expertly match to client requirements. Manage the full recruitment process: interviews, feedback and offer negotiations. Close deals and nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat business.

What you’ll bring At least 3 years agency recruitment experience. Ideally in the contract IT market Experienced building cold business and expanding these client relationships. Fluent Dutch (essential) . Ability to use AI tool to enhance to recruitment cycle. Credible, presentable, confident, and ambitious with excellent communication skills.A sales-focused mindset, resilience, and the drive to exceed targets.
