to join our dynamic and innovative team. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and help build a more environmentally responsible energy future. Context As part of an offshore wind farm connection program, we are supporting our client in the construction follow-up of
three offshore electrical platforms
(successive projects: Brittany– Narbonne – Fos-sur-Mer). The EPCI contractor of our client is manufacturing these structures on two yards near Rotterdam:
HSM Schiedam
(main) and
Stormpolder
(secondary). We are looking for a
Site Manager
to represent our client on these yards, manage the site teams, and oversee quality, schedule, cost and HSE performance.
Main responsibilities 1. Represent our client on site Act as the main point of contact for the EPCI contractor Attend daily and weekly meetings Interface between the site team and the project team (based in Paris) Ensure compliance with site access and HSE procedures 2. Monitor the EPCI contractor's workReport yard progress to the package manager Track quality, HSE, cost and schedule performance Identify and report any contractual deviations Participate in technical issue analysis with engineering teams 3. Coordinate the client's operational activities on the yard Manage all client resources working on the yardSupervise inspections according to ITP, specifications and standards Coordinate interventions of MWS and certification body
Required profile Experience: Significant experience in
yard / site construction management
(offshore preferred) Experience with
offshore electrical substations
(assembly, commissioning) Strong ability to defend the client's interests against the contractor Team management and site coordination skills Technical skills appreciated: Offshore steel structures, welding, NDT Knowledge of GIS / transformers / HV cables HSE: site safety reference frameworksLanguages: Fluent professional English (mandatory) French or Dutch is an advantage
