YOUR ROLE Are you ready to make an impact in the digital beauty space ? As a Junior E-commerce Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online store for the Benelux market (B2C). Working closely with the Benelux Ecommerce&Digital Performance Marketing Manager and international teams, you will support the day-to-day execution of the website and contribute directly to product launches, campaigns, promotions, and customer experience. While this is a junior to mid-level role, (2–5 years of experience), it offers strong exposure and learning opportunities within an international environment, with the possibility to progressively take ownership on key topics and develop your expertise.You will be trusted to manage and own specific parts of the website and campaign execution, making this role both highly hands-on and progressively empowering.
More precisely, you will have to : Manage and update website content (PDP, PLP, landing pages, banners) Contribute actively to the execution of launches and promotional campaigns Execute offers, merchandising and commercial activations Monitor performance (traffic, sales, campaigns) and support reportingTest website updates and ensure quality across customer journeys Identify and follow up on website issues with teams/agencies Coordinate campaign assets, timelines and deliverables Support CRM activities (newsletters, automated journeys) Adapt and localize content for NL and BE markets Contribute to stock monitoring and e-commerce planning
PROFILE What Makes You a Great Fit : 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or a digital environment, ideally with exposure to website management and digital campaigns. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset (Google Analytics or similar) and a good understanding of online customer journeys.Experience with CMS platforms is a plus. A strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and ideally the beauty or cosmetics industry. You are known to be curious, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work. You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
