Manage and update technical product information of raw materials (ingredients and packaging) and suppliers in collaboration with Quality, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain. Respond to and follow up on customer queries regarding raw materials and finished products. Create and maintain technical datasheets. Ensure traceability of all information provided to customers. Take over tasks related to specification management, labels and system transfers (AX) when colleagues are absent.Identify and implement changes in relevant food legislation within the technical documentation. Participate in projects within the Technical Documentation department. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition/Dietetics or comparable, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of quality standards such as HACCP, BRC, IFS, and ISO is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Good communication skills and a proactive, critical working attitude.Ability to prioritize and effectively switch between tasks. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Structured and accurate work style. Benefits
