Manage and develop a portfolio of large corporate casualty risks across the Dutch market Underwrite complex liability and P&C risks, including assessing, pricing, and negotiating insurance solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and corporate clients Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and market trends Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and risk teams on strategic initiativesContribute to portfolio growth and broader business development activities Ensure compliance with underwriting standards, internal guidelines, and risk appetite frameworks Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience underwriting large corporate casualty/liability risks Strong background within casualty, liability, or P&C insurance environments Experience working with large corporate or multinational clients Strong broker network and market knowledge within the Netherlands Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Previous experience within international insurers or specialty insurance markets is highly desirable
