Rotterdam, the Netherlands Job Overview: As Lead Document Expeditor, you are responsible for overall vendor documentation expediting exercises and to manage document expediting personnel across multiple projects. You are the point of escalation for internal vendor documentation queries. You will be responsible for expediting of vendor and internal documentation as per purchase order data requirements and/or approved document schedule. In addition, you will be responsible for internal expediting of documents under review to ensure timely review workflow completion.Responsibilities of the role will include: Participate in package gate meetings when applicable (KOM, Design, Procurement, Pre-fabrication, Testing and Release for shipment) Assist the Project Expeditor in ensuring timely submittal of vendor documentation Assist in coordinating with the Vendors on resolving issues that might prevent timely submittal of documentationExpediting internal review of documentation Assist and coordinate efficient resolution to commented documents Interface with external or internal vendor document control teams to monitor timely upload of received documentation Manage document expeditors assigned to our Client’s projects Carry out and report on documentation requests/exercises as requested by the Project Procurement Manager or Expediting SupervisorDuring project close out, participate and liaise with document control teams to ensure swift closure of vendor documentation scopes Job Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of document control/document expediting experience HBO education or equivalent Experience working on EPC projectsExperience managing personnel or small teams Experience in project material expediting is a plus Experience in document control is a plus Experience working in multicultural environments Empowering Business.
