Job Purpose As a Digital Account Manager at DEPT®, you will build and nurture relationships with clients such as Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and Just Eat Takeaway. You will act as the client‑voice inside DEPT® and ensure that the team delivers on client expectations, drives business growth and maintains high quality and commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Understand clients’ needs and business objectives; prioritize and manage their expectations across all digital projects.
Deliver flawless client service by maintaining exceptional relationships with key decision‑makers.
Serve as the communication link between clients and internal teams to ensure quality and client happiness.
Research and pursue opportunities for client growth.
Resolve issues proactively to maintain trust.
Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Orchestrate the organisation around the client to navigate and lead challenges and opportunities.
What You Bring
Previous digital agency experience in a commercial, client‑facing role.
Solid understanding of the digital industry and product delivery processes.
Knowledge of how strategy, design, technology and data work together to deliver valuable digital experiences.
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.
Awareness of the commercial dynamics of a digital agency.
Ability to connect the dots across channels and touchpoints internally and externally.
Strong work ethic and a supportive, empowering, positive attitude.
Staying up‑to‑date with industry news, technology trends and best practices.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
