Responsibilities
As Specialist Navision ERP, you begin your day with a warm cup of coffee and a conversation with your colleagues. You review e‑mail, address open issues, and troubleshoot any unexpected problems—such as a database issue reported from Madrid—ensuring the system runs smoothly. You then design and implement system changes, leveraging Navision ERP, reporting tools, EDI interfaces, and databases. You lead sub‑projects and support the international rollout of the ERP system, advising users and resolving ticketed issues. You collaborate with a team of six ERP specialists and external consultants to develop innovative solutions. Throughout the day, you may conduct a lunch‑time briefing with the sales department regarding process changes and deliver training sessions for Key Users, preparing them for upcoming challenges.Qualifications
HBO work and thinking level, preferably a diploma in business administration or relevant work experience. In‑depth knowledge of Navision ERP. Fluent in Dutch and English. Understanding of IT and business processes. Benefits
Starting salary up to€4,800.00 gross per month, dependent on age and experience. 25 vacation days per year, plus 4 additional days that can be accrued (quarterly absenceless gives 1 extra day). Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km and a home‑work allowance. Solid pension plan with a favorable gross‑to‑net ratio.Company laptop and telephone. Paid lunch in the on‑site kitchen with views of the Nieuwe Maas. Parking facilities and good public transport accessibility.
