Responsibilities

Coordinate office events and activities (Sales conferences, business breakfasts&lunches, CSR day, sport events, holiday events, etc.) Internal communication: coordinate bi‑weekly newsletter, keep employees informed and engaged. Act as single point of contact for employees, general reception, and security: welcome visitors, book meeting rooms, arrange parking, handle incoming calls.Support HR with employee benefits: birthday gifts, flowers, cards, Christmas boxes, and other moments of care. Manage office operations: postal services, packages, mailings, invoice scanning, maintain office supplies, keep coffee corners&bar tidy and well‑stocked. Support ad‑hoc requests from teams. Coordinate facility&vendor management: cleaning, maintenance, coffee services, landlord, etc.; facility administration (PO, invoice coding, P‑card purchases). Fleet management: oversee operational fleet tasks (POs, invoicing, maintenance, new car orders, driver registration, changes, lease bike codes). Safety&crisis coordination (part of Emergency Response Team, review first aid supplies, coordinate training, support crisis management). Consumer care coordination: answer questions, manage requests, coordinate complaint handling with external partners. Qualifications

You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment– flexible, proactive, energized by helping others. You love organizing, solving problems, connecting people, and being the backbone of a smooth‑running office. You are detail‑oriented yet warm, structured yet creative, and ready to jump in where needed. You have a real “center of the web”personality.Minimum MBO working and thinking level; preferably experience as a receptionist, office manager or facility officer. Great written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch. Expertise in MS Office including Excel and Teams. Full‑time availability; 80% can be discussed. Benefits
