To fill your role as a Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for food production and operating the Back‑of‑the‑House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems to achieve that the standards for quality money, recipes, and cleanliness for our guests. As a manager part of the operations management team, you support for the entire general for labor and personnel and also for the absence of the general manager and hospitality manager.

Requirements:

Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high‑volume, casual dining or family‑style restaurant.

Education and training normally associated with business or hospitality coursework.

Position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
