About us– Royalty Administration International C.V.® Royalty Administration International (RAI) is the global specialist in licensing and in intellectual property rights for flowers and plants. We support 300+ breeders worldwide – from innovative start‑ups to large international companies – in protecting their innovations through plant breeders’ rights and patents. Yearly we process 500+ applications worldwide. With offices in Europe, North and South America, and Japan, we keep a close eye on the market. Our work is international, but always personal.
What will you be doing?
Provide administrative support for the application process in more than 30 countries.
Be the first point of contact for our clients (mainly breeding companies).
Advise clients on protecting their innovations.
Accurately process applications in our database.
In short: you play a crucial role in protecting green innovations!
What we are looking for?
You are discreet, accurate and can handle pressure well.
You maintain an overview of complex administrations.
You have at least a bachelor’s degree (preferably in a “green” field).
You communicate correctly in English and are motivated to learn Dutch.
What do we offer you?
An extensive induction program in which you will learn everything about IP rights in plants and flowers.
A competitive salary in line with your experience and talent.
Opportunities for advancement, for example towards becoming an Intellectual Property Rights specialist.
One‑year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
25 vacation days + 8 % vacation pay.
Solid pension plan.
Working in an international and thriving sector.
